Most clients describe it as a light scratching or vibrating sensation rather than pain. A topical numbing cream goes on before we start and is reapplied during the session, so your comfort is managed the whole way through. Lips tend to be the most sensitive area; brows and eyeliner are usually very easy.

Permanent makeup sits in the upper layers of the skin, so it softens gradually instead of staying forever. Brows typically hold their color for 12–18 months before a refresh, and lip blush for about 2–3 years. Oily skin, sun exposure, exfoliating skincare and your own metabolism all affect how quickly it fades.

The first-session price covers the initial procedure. Your follow-up touch-up, booked 6–8 weeks later once the area has fully healed, is a separate appointment with its own price. Microblading creates fine hair-like strokes and suits normal-to-dry skin and clients who want a very natural, feathered look. Ombré (powder) brows give a soft, filled-in makeup finish that heals more evenly and lasts longer, and they’re the better choice for oily or mature skin. Combo brows blend both. Yes — pigment selection for olive, Middle Eastern and deeper skin tones is a specialty here. Undertones are matched at your consultation so brows and lips heal true to color instead of turning ashy or orange, and lip neutralization is available for naturally dark or uneven lip pigmentation.

In most cases, yes. Faded, uneven, red, grey or ashy brows, lips and eyeliner from previous work can be color-corrected and reshaped. Because every correction is different, please message us first with a daylight photo of the area so Dena can assess it and plan the approach before you book.

Expect the color to look bold and dark for the first few days, then lightly flake between days four and seven. By the second week it will look much lighter than you expected — that’s normal. The true healed color settles in over 4–6 weeks, which is why the touch-up is scheduled at 6–8 weeks.

Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area, skip alcohol and caffeine on the day, and please reschedule if you’re sick, sunburned or have an active breakout in the area. Dena sends full pre-care instructions when you book.

You must be 18 or older and not pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain skin conditions, recent Botox or fillers in the area, and some medications also mean waiting or getting a doctor’s clearance first — mention anything relevant at your consultation and Dena will advise.

Nano infusion uses a nano-tip device to open microscopic channels in the skin’s surface so active serums absorb far more deeply than a regular facial — with no needles, no downtime and no discomfort. We offer four serums: Hydra (Aqua Stem Cell) for dehydrated skin, Brightening for dark spots, Clear Skin for breakouts, and Skin Repair with Salmon DNA for texture and elasticity.

For most skin, every 4–6 weeks matches the skin’s natural renewal cycle and keeps results building. Acne-prone skin often benefits from a closer series at first; anti-aging and nano-infusion treatments are usually done as a series of 3–6 sessions, then maintained monthly.

Consultations are free and recommended for first-time permanent makeup. It can be done on the same day as your appointment if you prefer — just mention it when booking, or message Dena on WhatsApp with your questions and photos beforehand.
